What is the process of onboarding with exporto?

The customer onboarding process includes the registration of a fiscal representative (if required), the technical integration, and the setup of all logistical processes. To ensure an efficient implementation, we provide you with a structured onboarding checklist.

Additionally, you will have a dedicated contact person from our onboarding team available throughout the entire process.

What steps are included in the onboarding?

How long does the onboarding take?

The average duration is:

• Approximately 4 weeks for Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark

• Approximately 6 weeks for the United Kingdom

• Approximately 12 weeks for Norway

   

How are product data transmitted?

exporto works exclusively via system integrations. Product data is transmitted automatically through our public API or via the SFTP importer. Exporto supports all major e-commerce platforms.
