Onboarding Testing Process

Testing marks the final phase of your onboarding.

The goal is to simulate live operations and ensure a smooth transition into full operational activity. To achieve this, physical test shipments are sent through the entire order processing and shipping workflow, including returns.

Testing Procedure

The process differs depending on the target market:

Customs Markets (CH, UK, Norway):

• A test order is created for each market and a physical test shipment is executed.

• After delivery, the shipment is returned to you.

Non-Customs Countries (AT, SE, FI, DK):

• No physical shipping is performed.

• A digital test order is created to ensure label approval by Österreichische Post or PostNord.

   

What is Checked?

During testing, we focus on:

• Position, format, and scannability of shipping labels

• Correct handling of outbound and return customs clearance

• Transport routes used

This simulation ensures that all technical and logistical processes work flawlessly before the official go-live.
