The provision of a return label depends on who is registering the return and which processes are set up in the system:
- End customers receive the return label via the returns portal, provided the shop has activated this function.
- Shops can generate return labels through their login in the exporto portal.
- If registration via the portal is not possible, the return label can be requested from Customer Care.
- For marketplace customers (e.g. Zalando), a return label is often already included in the parcel.
