A subsequent address change is possible in the Light process. Please proceed as follows:
- Send an email to support@exporto.de.
- Include the order number or tracking number and the new or corrected delivery address.
- Our Customer Care team will update the address and block the shipment accordingly.
For the Advanced process, an address change is not possible due to different handling processes.
In this case, the following applies:
- If the shipment is returned by the carrier marked as “unknown recipient,” it can be resent to the correct address from Tägerwilen or Northampton after consultation with the shop.
- You can proactively contact us, or we will reach out as soon as the return has been received.
