The responsible contact for obtaining the POD depends on the type of shipment and the carrier:
1. Inbound shipments to exporto
Collected by CTL/exporto
→ You can request the POD directly from exporto.
Self-delivery
→ In this case, you need to request the POD from your logistics partner.
Delivery via master carton or freight forwarding
→ Please contact the respective transport provider to obtain the POD.
2. Delivery to end customers (CH Post, Evri, Royal Mail, PostNord)
- You can obtain the POD via the last-mile carrier’s tracking or by contacting our Customer Care team.
3. Returns & GLS Shipments
- The POD (Proof of Delivery) is available via the tracking system of the respective carrier or through Customer Care.
- The POD for returns shipped on pallets can also be requested via Customer Care. In this case, we can assign them on a daily basis through customs clearance and thus provide information on which returns are included.
