Keep track of the processing and shipping status of your orders in a specific target market in real time. You also have the option of filtering by order status or searching for specific orders using the search bar.
Select target market
The menu bar displays all markets that you have booked via exporto. Select the destination country for which you want to view shipment details. You will then see an overview of all current orders for this market.

Filter by order status
Use the “Status” filter in the menu bar to track the current status of orders.

Status “New”: The order has been received by the system but has not yet been processed or cleared through customs. | |
| Status “In progress”: The order is currently being processed by exporto | |
| Status “Rejected”: There were customs discrepancies with at least one package; it will be returned to the country of origin the following day. | |
| Status “Completed”: All packages for the order have been successfully delivered to the destination country. | |
| Status “Blocked”: The shipment is blocked, either due to a manual instruction (e.g., cancellation, change of address) or due to a customs inspection. |
Search using the search bar
The search bar allows you to search for specific orders and obtain a complete overview of the shipment details. You can search using the following criteria:

- Carrier tracking number
- Customer Facing ID (order or invoice number)
- Advanced search, e.g., customer name, address, or email address
