Download customs documents

In the Analyses & Reports > Customs Documents section, you can download all relevant customs documents for export from Germany and import into the destination country (e.g., Switzerland).

1. Open the section

In the main navigation on the left, select Analyses & Reports > Customs Documents.

2. Then select:

1. the shipping direction (shipping or returns),
2. the shipping route/process (e.g., DE → CH), and
3. the period for which the customs documents are to be created.
4. The relevant customs documents will then be available for download.

In this example for Switzerland, the exit note (AGV), the customs assessment notice (VVZ_CH), and the VAT assessment notice (VVM_CH) are available for download.

Please note:

Depending on the file size, downloading the documents may take up to one minute.

The documents are currently available retroactively for a maximum period of 30 days.
