Analyses & Reports - Dashboard

With your access to the exporto portal, you can view statistics for your shop or target market in the form of a dashboard.

 

Set the market, time period, and granularity of the display in the upper filter bar, and you will immediately receive an overview of the most important key figures over time.

The following key figures are displayed in the dashboard:

• Packages by type: Number of shipments and returns.
• Packages by weight class: Number of packages in the different weight classes.
• Average transit time: Display of the end-to-end transit time and, in addition, the transit time of the shipping service provider in the respective market (e.g., Swiss Post).
• Return rate: Display of the percentage of returns in relation to shipments. The difference from the same period last year is also displayed.
• Incidents in progress: This shows currently open cases from exporto's customer care department and the number of all cases since you started using exporto.
