After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to your personal home page.

The home page is your central entry point to the exporto portal. Here, you can see the most important information about your shipments, returns, and pending issues at a glance. Using the country selector, you can filter the displayed data specifically by your markets.

The overview also shows you key metrics for your shipments and their status in each market. You can flexibly select the time period you want to view. For more detailed analyses, you can access the dashboard directly from the home page.

The quick links also provide direct access to the most important sections of the exporto portal, including orders, shipment tracking, settings, and performance data. Important notices, announcements, and current service disruptions are also displayed on the home page.

Explanations of the metrics on this page:

• Shipments: Number of packages shipped. An order may consist of multiple shipments.
• Delivery Rate for Shipments and Returns: Percentage of shipments that were successfully delivered after one delivery attempt.
• Avg. Carrier Runtime: Average transit time for the last-mile carrier in the destination country—from handoff to the carrier until successful delivery.
