Keep track of all returns and their processing status at all times and set up a customized returns portal for your end customers.
Returns overview
Use the menu to access the returns overview and find individual returns using the shipment number, customer facing ID, or customer name.
Filter options
Under “Process,” you can select the target market and view the current status of the return under “Status.”
If you click on “Legend” at the bottom left of the page, you will see a summary of the order and return symbols. As soon as you hover over them with the mouse pointer, the details will be displayed.
Display returns
To view the details of individual returns, click on the symbol on the left in the overview.

(1) When you hover over the symbol with the mouse, the “Display return” button appears, which leads to a detailed view of the return.
(2) The date of processing at exporto is also displayed. A “-” means that the return is currently still being processed.
Detailed returns overview
The detailed view shows you all the important information about the return. The following points explain the details in the overview:

Details:
(1) Click here to return to the overview page.
(2) Customer-facing ID / Order number: The unique identifier for the return.
(3) Return status: The current processing status of the return.
(4) Returned items: A list of the items that have been returned.
(5) Shipment number with a link to the tracking page of the respective carrier (e.g., CH Post, Evri) for the return to the exporto warehouse. This information is only displayed if the return label was created via the exporto portal or the label interface.
(6) Shipping unit: GLS return tracking with a direct link to the GLS tracking page. This information is only displayed if the return is made via GLS. In the “Returns” area, you can use the GLS tracking number to view all returns that are in the respective GLS outer carton.
