Customs duties and import sales tax

As a customer on the exporto portal, you can view all customs duties and import sales tax paid for various destination countries (usually customs countries) – clearly listed, filterable, and exportable as a CSV file for further processing in your internal systems.

To do this, navigate to Reports > Shipments in the portal and then select the desired view under the navigation point “Customs duties & EUSt.”

After you have selected the destination country processes and the desired time period, a detailed overview will be displayed.

The search result shows all relevant items with the respective details of customs duties and import sales tax paid. This list can then be downloaded as a CSV file.
